DRONE VOLT always tries to ensure dispatch of any orders placed on the webshop by 12 am on working days. Orders placed after 12.00 AM is usually dispatched the following day.
DRONE VOLT ensures delivery with Post Danmark (unless otherwise stated) to the recipient on the requested date. Post Danmark is responsible for punctual delivery. Delays caused by Post Danmark will affect your delivery accordingly. Post Danmark aims to delivery on schedule at least 97% of the time on letters and 99% of package tranport. Please be advice tha the percentages are averages, and cover local and time-delimited variantions. DRONE VOLT can not be held responsible for delays caused by Post Danmark. In case of long delays (several days) or non-delivery, DRONE VOLT will naturally send a new delivery at no charge.
Delivery times to Bornholm and smaller islands are not included in Post Danmarks quality assurances for day-to-day delivery, as some shipments to these areas last up to 2 days. By standard DRONE VOLT will attempt day-to-day delivery. You may request a delivery one day earlier to compensate for the 2 days.
Deliveries to Faeroe Islands, Greenland and abroad are also handled på Post Danmark.

As a consumer you are entitled to a 14 day return polcy when dealing with DRONE VOLT.
The return policy expires 14 days after the day upon which you have received your order, or the last shipment is at your physical disposal when deliveries cover more than one specific product place as one order.
You are obliged to inform DRONE VOLT of your decision to make use of our return policy within 14 days of delivery. The decision must be passed to us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by using our standard return form. You must expressively write that you wish to make use of our return policy.
You cannot return an order by simply refusing the delivery without prior consent from DRONE VOLT.
You are obliged to ensure returns without any delays and no later than 14 days after contact us regarding order-cancellation. You are required to cover any expenses related to returns and will be held responsible for the time and date of delivery.
Product condition upon returns
You are only obliged to cover loss of value due to any handling necessary to evaluate the type of the reeived product, its features and and function. In other words, you may only test the product as you would in a physical store.
If the product has been tested beyond the above mentioned way, DRONE VOLt will cosnider it used, which means that you will ony receive partial return payment of the initial purchase value, depending on the commercial value of the used product.
In order to receive full return payment you may only evaluate the product as you would in a physical store, you may not put the product to actual use.
If you cancel your order, we will return any payment made to use. Any value reduction on the returned product will be deducted from the initial payment.
We may postpone any return payment, until the product has been returned to us, unless you are able to document that the product has already been returned.

We do not accept shipments not delivery directly to our adresse, nor cash on delivery shipments.
DRONE VOLT offer 2 year in accordance to Danish trade law, covering any manufacturing flaws or materiel errors found during normal use of the product. Warenty does not cover any errors, wear or damagess directly or indirectly caused by wrong use, malpractice, unauthorized alterations or lack of maintenance on the product. Information related to warranty on any errors or missing parts, that should come to your attention during regular or normal use, should be forwarded to DRONE VOLT within reasonable time. The product can then be returned for repairs, substitution or refund according to agreement. In relation to warranty return DRONE VOLT will cover fair delivery expenses.

Products should be returned to this adresse either by mail or in person - please note we do not receive COD shipments. Returns are not elligible by refusing delivery of your shiment. We do not require but endorse any information with regard to your return shipment such as:
A partial or complete refund must be made in case of agreeded upon price reductions, returned shipments or pre-purchased products that are cancelled before shipment. Refunds are always done by direct money transfer, and DRONE VOLT will always need information related to your bank registration number and account number. This information is classified as non-sensitive and can be sent via email or other traditional means of communication.

We store your personal information in order to ship the order to you.
All personal information is stored with Drone Volt Scandinavia ApS for 5 years upoin which they will be deleted.
